I just received the Madelyn matelasse ivory king coverlet and shams and am very pleased with my choice! The quality is exceptional! I previously owned a matelasse coverlet made in Italy, but this Portuguese matelasse is just as well made, even better. It washes beautifully and the scroll design is more accentuated after being in the dryer. The coverlet & shams are generously sized, so even after they were washed and dried, the shrinkage was minimal. It is classic, elegant, luxurious and gives my bedroom a whole new look!
