If you've bought from TCS before you'll be expecting a far superior product. This product is 100% polyester, inside and out. I have always purchased all of our bedding from TCS so never thought to read what this duvet is made of. When I pulled it out of the bag I was appalled at the feel and stiffness of it and my son said he would not sleep with it...so I put it straight back into the bag and will be returning it. We were very disappointed. I guess I will pull his old comforter out of the closet. The only reason I was replacing it is because over the years and after numerous washes it is missing many of the feathers and I was excited about an alternative duvet, I thought it would be nice not to have feathers flying every time I change the sheets. I'll take the flying feather softness any day over this polyester product though. For what it's worth, if the stuffing was polyester and the covering had been cotton I would have given this product much better reviews.
