Purchased 6 of these chairs last season.  The directions to put these together were terrible and resulted in hours of frustration trying to figure out how the pieces were put together and in which order.  Had an issue with the hardware as well, one chair didn't come with enough and I had to order a replacement chair because they didn't ship replacement hardware.  One chair still does not have the right pieces and the arm is a little wobbly but it is still functional.  All of the hardware is rusted and looks awful after one season.  But they are comfortable and we get many comments on how nice they look in our yard.

The only thing good I have to say about this chair is that it is comfortable. I bought 4 chairs and end tables in May 2012 in the Chestnut color to match my deck. I use them on an uncovered deck and put water-proof covers on them during the winter. After one year, the "chestnut" color had faded to a sickly green. By May 2014, the finish is peeling so badly off the arm rests that it is uncomfortable to put my bare arm on them. The tops of the end tables are also badly peeling and unsightly. The only way to fix this problem would be to completely strip the furniture and apply a new finish - a daunting task, to say the least.
