I waited a long time for these to arrive because they were on back order. I ordered 3 and the boxes arrived in horrible condition. I've never received something so terribly packaged. The first one I opened was damaged/dented. Additionally, I wanted a long spring rod that required no hardware to mount. The description of the product made it sound like that is what these were. But they did require hardware, so in the end, even if it wasn't damaged, it wouldn't have worked for my application.
