I was so happy to finally receive these pillows. The tag on the pillows said they were 100% polyester, TCS and down free. I have ordered pillows in the past from The Company Store and am still using them. I was delighted that these were the right fill for me, supportive for my neck and not hard, in fact I thought the pillow was perfect......until I slept on it. I think the pillow may have exceeded the decibel standard for pillows....it was so noisy...the pillow crinkled everytime I moved. The sound made me think it could have been stuffed with tissue paper. The old style down free alternative pillows that I have always used never emitted a sound. I don't know what it is about the TCS that makes it so loud but I am going to have to send these pillows back. I love the perfect amount of fill but am unable to live with the crackling. I had previously purchase a comforter made out of TCS and it did crinkle, I did get used to it but then it wasn't under my head, right in my ear. I do not think I can get used to the noise from these pillows.
