The zipper was way too small. Not being a seamstress I had to have someone redo zipper to a larger more secure one. I've washed the cover 3 times and it's held up well.
I've purchased another rest cover knowing I'm going to have to have the zipper replaced.

I bought a cover for my large reading wedge, and it was not the correct dimensions at all. When I finally got the pillow into the cover it made my pillow almost triangular/tubular like the knee wedge and not the nice comfy elongated wedge that it is supposed to be. When I pulled the cover out of its packaging I had to double check both the package and packing list to make sure they sent me the right pillow cover.
Besides being patterned incorrectly, it tore while trying to put the pillow in it. The twill is the lightest weight twill I have even seen, and the thread used for seeming is the cheapest I have ever seen (I sell fabric for a living, and I am a seamstress so that says a lot).
I am not sure why an international home dec store can sell 20" twill covers for $3 each that are of excellent quality, and the Company Store, who for the most part sells excellent products, sells something of this low of a quality for so much money.
Now I am using t-shirts to cover my pillow until I can get around to making a cover for it.

I bought this to replace a cover on a Company Store bedrest that's probably around 15 years old. I realize products evolve but just a note to say the new covers do not fit the pillow well. The main part of the pillow is bunched up into a misshapen, roundish form and one of the arms is unexpectedly loose in its fit. My main complaint though is the zipper that is so difficult to open and close. The tab that you grab to pull it, is miniscule in size and almost impossible to grip. The previous model was bold, robust and effortless . Plus the whole zipper component felt so flimsy I was sure it was going to rip as I zipped (it didn't). Strongly suggest an upgrade on this. The chocolate color although a tad lighter than pictured, was a pleasing hue.

Purchased large wedge cotton twill pillow covers when they first appeared last year. The twill was heavy & the hidden zippers were hard to handle. Decided to give them another try recently in hopes the Company Store had listened to their customers. Apparently not...... the fabric is slightly softer, but my big complaint is still the hidden zipper which is more conducive to dresses. Its a fight all the way to both zip & unzip them. They are small & difficult to handle. The zipper should be heavy duty, so its back to the old percale covers that I still own those zippers continue to function.
