I bought one for our camper mattress. It was warm when it needed to be warm and cool when it needed to be cool. We loved it so much that we tried it on the mattress in the house. Now I'm ordering another one. I just wish they were less expensive.

I have the ultra fleece wool mattress pad from TCS and love it, but it is dry clean only. I purchased this one because it is machine washable and cheaper. This pad has a polyester backing that makes it extremely hot to sleep on. It turned out to be a very expensive mistake. If you sleep warm, avoid this one.

I bought these wool pads for all the beds in our home about 10 years ago. We have them stacked: first a feather bed on top of the mattress, then a strechy mattress pad (keeps things from slipping around), finished with the wool mattress pad. The comfort makes for a heavenly bed that has lasted a decade. The wool pads are washable, which allows them to be "refluffed" and stay supper comfortable. You can't beat these for lasting quality with a major cozy factor.

I added this to my wedding registry after my grandmother highly recommended a wool mattress pad. This thing is amazing! I have only had it on for about a week, but starting with the first night I noticed a difference in my sleep. This just elevated the comfort level of my bed and kept me warm just like it should. I can't vouch for keeping cool in the summer yet, but according to my grandmother, it definitely works. I can't wait to use this for many years to come. In fact, I can't wait to get into bed as I'm writing this! Would definitely recommend as I've found this to be amazing so far.
