Review 1 for Washable Wool Blanket and Throw
Not actually machine washable

I loved this blanket until I tried to wash it. It's supposed to be machine washable on delicate, but it fell apart on the first washing. Worse, how it fell apart was leaving little balls of yarn all over the inside of my washing machine. Not like a little bit of shedding, like a gallon Ziplock bag's worth of fuzz balls that I had to pick out of the machine. I am now washing out my washing machine to rid it of all the fuzz left behind.
They're taking back the blanket, but with a maximum of hassle. I don't know why they demand a defective item back from a customer in the first instance, but the process seems to be designed to penalize returns. They don't email you a preprinted return labels, can't send me a return box, and said Fed Ex will pick it up sometime in the next 3-5 days. Because they don't preprint labels, I can't do drop off.
This is my third order in the past year that hasn't held up. The jersey cotton sheets came unstitched after a couple of washings and I only discovered this after buying two sets. I feel that the quality I used to expect from The Company Store just isn't there anymore. Same high prices, but without the value.
