I have 4 of these blankets, they are a great weight for use all year long. Not too hot in the summer and enough warmth in the winter. They are not bulky or heavy on you so its comfortable to move around.
The only con I have is they do shrink being cotton, just a word to the wise I have one that was a queen and fits more like a twin now, but that is fine I use it on my spare twin bed!!

Pros: super soft and comfy, I use it year-round - I really love sleeping under it.
Con: this blanket sheds like there was no tomorrow. I've washed it a couple of times already - it completely fills my dryer lint basket, and my vacuum cleaner dust bin whenever I vacuum. It's quite odd really.
