The lunch bag itself is cute and appears well-made (just got it today, so we'll see how it holds up). DO NOT GET IT MONOGRAMMED! The monogram looks horrible! It's very small, sloppy-looking, and not placed well on the bag. I chose hot pink thread and most of the monogram is on top of a hot pink dot. This could have been avoided by moving the monogram down an inch or so on the bag. Apparently, there is no quality control for monogramming correctly. There is no way to choose a thread color that matches and guarantee that it will not get lost in a same colored dot.
