I got two rolling suitcases for my son and daughter for Christmas last year. On two consecutive airline trips, the handles on each of the bags stuck in the out position and my DH had to take the bags apart to slide the handles back into the bags so we could check them. The bags (peace and pirate) are very cute, but a hassle to travel with. I am thinking to repurpose them as toy boxes, as the exchange period has passed, and TCS will not take them as returns.

Disappointing Backpack

I purchased the backpack; the straps have very little padding and while adjustable, don't stay secure, meaning the constantly slip down and the bag is hanging around my daughter's behind, which is very bad for her back. I'm also surprised at how poor the quality is as previous luggage and backpack purchases have been great. I got this monogrammed and because I didn't have an immediate alternative, my daughter has been using it so I won't be able to return it. I will, however, be replacing it.

I purchased the rolling suit case, kid's backpack and lunch bag for my 6 year old daughter. The items are adorable but the quality is horrible. Within the first week of school, the zippers on the lunch bag and backpack broke and the straps on the backpack have all started to separate from the bag. The second week, the seems on the lunch bag let loose. I am beyond shocked at the poor quality of these items because everything from Company Kids has always been great. Their customer service is also great as they immediately sent out replacements for the lunch bag and backpack. Hopefully, the replacements will perform better. I cannot speak as to the quality of the suitcase as we have only used it for one car trip where it did not get much use.
