I purchased this toddler backpack for my 3 year old to use for preschool- It is not rough with his items. The ziper has broken TWICE on this backpack. Once while I was still able to return it and now a second time- first it was the large pocket zipper and now it is the small front section zipper- I would NOT recommend purchasing these items. I also have the suitcase and lunch bag. Very disappointing and now I have to purchase another new backpack for my son (not from the company store!)

I purchased two of the rolling suitcases for my 2 grandsons. Neither has used it more than twice. My daughter told me that one of them has a broken long handle (the one you pull it by on wheels). It's only been used for 2 local trips, not even on an airplane trip! I am very annoyed that the handle broke so easily. This child is not using it roughly. I don't recommend this piece unless the handles are made of more sturdy material (not plastic) in future!
