We bought the green/purple rug for our baby's room, feeling pretty confident the greens would match the rest of the room. It's so hard to know looking at colors on line but we took a chance. Upon unrolling it, our 4 yr old said she really liked it and wished she had one, too. (We were also rug shopping for her and needed to match her uncommon shade of green walls.) This rug matched her room perfectly, so we gave it to her and ordered the pink/yellow/green rug for the baby. Both rugs look fabulous! The colors are bright and cheerful on the pink rug and vibrant but more muted on the green/purple rug.
There are dark wool fibers that poke out on the rugs but I think a lot of vacuuming will remedy that. They are visible only if you are on your knees looking for them or combing rug with your fingers. The rugs do shed (we've had them only about two months), so watch out if you are wearing black pants. Again, vacuuming should help with that.
The rugs are pretty heavy and don't slip, so we didn't put down a rug pad underneath. There's no chemical smell to them, either.
I am not one to exaggerate purchases, so my 4 stars on overall and quality are because I think things generally always have the ability to be better. I bought these rugs with a discount code, so the value really was excellent for me.

This carpet looks beautiful in our daughters room! The quality is good - my only complaint is that this carpet shed quite a bit for the first year. We had to vacuum it constantly. But the shedding has subsided and after a year it's still in great shape. I took a risk buying a carpet online, but it was worth it because it's a well made carpet that will last for a long time.
