Bought the nightgown for my daughter for Christmas. I LOVED the print, LOVED the kimono styling on the front, and the fabric was very nice. However, it STUNK so badly like it had been sitting in a barrel of fish. Even after long soakings and 3 washings to remove the smell, my daughter refused to wear, and I didn't blame her. I tried one last washing to see if I could get the smell out, and the entire yoke section separated from the bottom half of the nightgown - 8" across. Beyond repair. I am returning but sadly. It is so cute but not usable. Hope they can figure it out! Since not all reviewers had the bad smell, maybe only some of us got a bad batch.

I fortunately didn’t have any issues like these other reviews! I rarely write reviews, but had to because I love these pjs! I ordered an XL for hubby and 4T for my son for Christmas. No shrinkage, no smell!!! My hubby is 6’5” and thermal shirt was a little small, but that is a normal problem he has with clothing. The pants fit great, which was the important part because that is what has the matching print. My son is so excited they have matching jammies. My son LOVES his jammies and has worn them almost every night since Christmas. He is not happy when they are not available for a few days while I do laundry! They are so warm, and soft, and are holding up well with all the wash and wear.

I purchased this for my husband for Christmas & had to return. He wears a L-XL so I ordered the XL and out of the pkg they looked great! No odors as other reviewer encountered, but ONE WASH/DRY (according to their directions) & the pants SHRUNK UP a ridiculous 4-5"! My husband would've looked like a gnome wearing these. Had they been pre-shrunk, I would've otherwise loved them since I have the sheets and comforter.

My kids really wanted to do family pajamas this year so I bought 5 of these pajama sets. They arrived in two separate shipments, kids first then adults. The kids sets had a very strong fishy odor and the kids didn't even want to try them on for size. The size seemed fine before washing but two wash/dry cycles later, they still smell and they shrunk considerably. The pants are still okay but the tops are tiny. I'm not even sure if they will still fit the kids. I went up one size bigger than usual when ordering and now I wish I went up two sizes. My children are not big for their age. Then the adult pajamas arrived and had a strong gasoline smell. Another two wash cycles later, they still smell and also shrunk considerably. My adult XS top is now a 3/4 sleeve. Seriously. These look cute, the fabric is nice quality but smelly and the polar bear pattern is super cute. But these pajamas stink. Literally. Do not buy them. I wish I spent my money somewhere else.
